Jayden Construction Services, Inc. is a family run, Veteran owned, Service Disabled Veteran owned small business/Certified minority owned business. Jayden was incorporated in September of 2016 by its principal owner, Rozell Chappell, JR., who has over 20 years of construction experience.

We are a customer focused company specializing in general construction, facility renovations, roofing, window replacement, siding, and demolition services. At Jayden “We Don’t Learn Safety by Accident”.

The company is headquartered in historic Tuskegee, Alabama, home of the Tuskegee Airmen and Tuskegee University.

Jayden’s staff of highly experienced senior project managers, construction managers, safety personnel and site superintendents, as well as our ability to offer quality services at competitive pricing, has allowed us to successfully expand our capabilities and client base.

Our staff holds numerous degrees and professional credentials, and maintains professional certifications in their areas of expertise through regular training courses and professional seminars.

Rozell Chappell, JR

Rozell Chappell Jr. is a hands-on builder and entrepreneur who built his career from the ground up through decades of field experience. Known for his calm leadership and practical problem-solving, he focuses on delivering real-world results instead of empty promises. Rozell brings a disciplined, detail-driven approach to every project, earning long-term trust through consistency, accountability, and performance.

The cornerstone of Jayden’s construction management program is safety and quality.

Since 2016, Jayden has provided construction services to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Town of Edgefield, South Carolina, United States Department of Interior, many private sector multi-family residents, private universities and schools, Atlanta International School, and Conecuh County Board of Education.
